D. Levent Yıldırım
D. Levent Yıldırım comes from a family of lawyers spanning four generations and graduated from the Faculty of Law at Istanbul Ticaret University. He has deep expertise in enforcement and insolvency law, commercial disputes and real estate law.
Since settling in Hessen, Germany in 2017, he provides international investment advisory services across the Turkey–Germany–Dubai triangle. He presents European Turkish investors in the DACH region with opportunities in Dubai and Turkey, backed by full legal protection.

How We Work
Your entry into the Dubai market progresses in four steps. In the first consultation, we jointly define your investment goal, budget and expectations. We then present you with the most suitable projects and properties through our RERA-licensed partner, Solis Properties.
For the property you select, we personally conduct legal due diligence in our capacity as attorney during the contracting phase, evaluating SPA, MOU and payment plan terms in your interest. We continue to support you with rental management and portfolio growth planning after title registration.
